My friend was trying to figure it out they seenn it along time ago.. All I kept thinking of was shutter island and silence of the lambs but there not it.. But they said it was someone visiting a person in a nut house and the person was really smart and stuff. But blah blah the person in the ceil was really the guy himself.. He was the crazy.
