Why is this bugging me?

No professional modeling agency would respond like this. I am so sorry about your experience. I have time when I feel on top of the world beautiful and other times I feel like an ugly duckling with a gap tooth. I model, however, and real agencies don't even look for pretty. They look for endearing, different, charming features. So really, this "agency" has no idea what they are doing. I'm apologize again for their lack of professionalism.
