What do you think John Cena is on?

So I had no idea who this guy was but I was flipping thru channels and I saw this beastly guy getting in the ring, first thought that crossed my mind "what the hell? what is that guy on?" then I saw it was the WWE so I switched the channel because really who wants to see a bunch of grown man in speedos dance around the ring without really hurting each other and knowing the fight is completely staged? but i digress. Sylvester Stallone has admitted to the use of HGH and on occasion has even defended it, I was wondering if this guy has ever admitted to taking something because that is clearly not natural.
