Is it wrong to adjust my penis?

I wear some square_cut speedos when swimming.When out from the pool, the swimsuit is so tightly wrapped around me that almost everything is visible.So,i adjust my penis, and i let some air get in,in order to make things less uncomfortable.Problem is that when i do so,i can see girls staring at me.The other time,one of them came to me and told it's not polite to touch my penis.Is she correct?What else can i do?Don't suggest that i change my swimsuit, i like it very much.
