One minute he's flirting like crazy the next I'm being ignored...?

I like this guy and well..on occasion I think he likes me back but I can never tell. One minute he is flirting with me like crazy the next I am being ignored so he can play xbox. Legit, I will be on skype with him and end up sitting in silence because he is playing xbox. I don't get it. I have no idea what to think about my situation anymore because I can't tell if he likes me or not because he is so... inconsistent I guess you can say? Does he like me or not?
