Do spanish,french and italian teenagers where speedos to the beach/pool?

I live in Miami, Florida, I live on the beach. Weird question but NO. No teenager is wearing a speedo, unless they are in the swim team and such. It's actually VERY unusual to see a teenager in a speedo.
